The Company has conducted five Proof of Principle studies with its technology incorporating >1,400 samples in five diverse indications of use: reproductive health, neurodegenerative disease (Alzheimer’s Disease and Parkinson’s Disease), maternal fetal medicine, pulmonary metabolism and edema, and lactate metabolism. The Company’s first target market is reproductive health and infertility where it intends to introduce its non-invasive procedures for gamete and embryo viability assessment for in-vitro fertilization (IVF).

The Company’s mission is to increase shareholder value by becoming a market leader in non-invasive, metabolomic-based technologies and by achieving strong revenue growth in two key market segments:
